At Futurofinar S.A. we respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with Argentine Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data and its supplementary regulations. This Policy describes what data we collect, for what purpose and what your rights are.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Futurofinar S.A., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71789456-3, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Contact: contacto@futurofinar.com.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when completing the subscription form (name and email address) and those generated automatically by browsing (IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookie data in accordance with the Cookie Policy).

3. Purpose of the processing

The data is used to: (i) respond to your request and send you organised information about the service; (ii) improve the platform and its content; (iii) comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use your data to make automated decisions with legal effects.

4. Legal basis

The processing is based on your free, express and informed consent, given when accepting this policy at the time of submitting the form, and on the legitimate interest of the controller to operate and improve the site.

5. Communication of data

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information with technology providers acting as data processors (for example, email or cloud infrastructure providers), who are contractually required to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the data.

6. Retention period

We keep the data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described and applicable legal obligations, up to a maximum of 36 months from the last contact, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure, including encryption in transit and access controls.

8. Your rights

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion provided for in Law 25.326 by sending a request to contacto@futurofinar.com. You may also file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the supervisory authority under the Law.

9. Minors

The site is intended for people over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you notice that a minor has provided us with data, please contact us for its deletion.

10. Changes to the policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will always publish the current version on this page, with its last-updated date.
